Kindergarten Registration is starting!  Parents of students that will be entering kindergarten for the upcoming school year should contact the school by calling 482-5800, extension 2110.  We will get your child on a list! You may print off the Student Enrollment Data Form below, complete it, and fax it to 1-989-455-4237 or email it to andersonk@dollarbay.k12.mi.us

The Student Enrollment Data form will include the information that we will need to get your child enrolled and added to our 2017-2018 kindergarten class!

You will also need to provide the school with a certified copy of your child's birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency (perhaps a utility bill, etc...). 

Kindergarten Experience Day has been scheduled for Friday, April 21st.  When you contact the school to register your child, you may also set up a time to bring your child to Experience Day, or you can wait until a later time to register them!  A reminder letter will be sent home at a later time.
