The December Board Meeting has been cancelled, as has been typical of December Board Meetings in the past.  The January Board Meeting - which includes the Board Organizational component, as well - will be held on the third Monday of January which is the 15th.  It will begin at the usual time of 6 p.m., with the Organizational Meeting first, followed by the "regular" monthly Board Meeting.
