2017-2018 School Year
The Dollar Bay-Tamarack City Area Schools will open at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6. Classes will dismiss at 3:30 p.m. for both high school and elementary. There will be a social for Kindergarten students on Tuesday, August 30th at 6:00 p.m. It will be followed by a 7th grade and new student orientation at 6:30 p.m. Students in grades 8-12 may pick up their class schedules beginning on Monday, August 29th, and 7th grade students will receive their schedules at Orientation. Mr. Kentala will be at the school to assist with any schedule changes August 29th-September 1st.
On the first day of school, elementary students (K-6) will go to their classrooms and high school students will to report to the auditorium.
DB-TC Area Schools encourages families to access the website regularly as all pertinent information will be posted on the website.
The hot lunch and breakfast programs will be available beginning with the first day of school, September 6. Breakfast is served daily from 7:35-8:20 a.m. Free or reduced price lunches and breakfasts are available to families qualifying under federal government guidelines. Applications and guidelines will be distributed to all students the first day of school, along with other important information.
