PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING

The Dollar Bay-Tamarack City Area Schools

Board of Education shall hold a 

Regular Meeting 

on Monday, April 20th

at 6 p.m. 

Online, via Zoom

Link and instructions posted on the “News” and “Board” 

pages of the school website.

This meeting is open to the public.

(i) Explanation of the reason why the public body is meeting electronically: Executive “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Order  

(ii) Procedures by which the public may participate in the meeting electronically: The public may participate by logging or calling in to the Zoom meeting. Those wishing to make public comment must join the meeting early and, prior to the meeting being called to order at 6 p.m., must use the “Chat” feature to inform the host that s/he would like to make public comment. At the time of public comment, s/he will be called upon and unmuted so s/he can transmit a live, spoken message from within the Zoom platform. (iii) Procedures by which persons may contact members of the public body to provide input or ask questions on any business that will come before the public body at the meeting: Members of the public may contact board members by email, as at other times. Email addresses are found on the “Board” page of the school website.

(iv) Procedures by which persons with disabilities may participate in the meeting: If a person with a disability wishes to participate in the online Zoom special meeting, s/he should contact the superintendent by email prior to 3 p.m. the day of the meeting, and indicate the disability and the proposed means of participation.
