(i) Explanation of the reason why the public body is meeting electronically: Executive Order 2020-21  

(ii) Procedures by which the public may participate in the meeting electronically: The public may participate by logging in to the Zoom meeting. Those wishing to make public comment may transmit a live, spoken message from within the Zoom platform.

(iii) Procedures by which persons may contact members of the public body to provide input or ask questions on any business that will come before the public body at the meeting: Members of the public may contact board members by email, as at other times. Email addresses are found on the “Board” page of the school website.

(iv) Procedures by which persons with disabilities may participate in the meeting: If a person with a disability wishes to participate in the online Zoom special meeting, s/he should contact the superintendent by email, and indicate the disability and the proposed means of participation. Upon request to the superintendent, DB-TC Area Schools shall make reasonable accommodation for a person with disabilities to be able to participate in the meeting.

This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the school district’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public comment during the meeting as indicated in the agenda.
