Note that the PayPal page uses the word "Donate" for "Make a Payment." 

When you enter your payment information, you will see "Write a Note (Optional)" under the amount entered.
PLEASE click that and indicate what the payment or donation is for.

Make sure you put "For the Foundation" in the note if you're making a Foundation donation.

You may pay or donate to the school using a PayPal account or by simply entering your credit card information. For payments, we ask that you add 3% to the cost of the item/service you are paying for, because that is what the school district is charged to offer this service. Thank you.
