A note from Coach Juopperi:

The golf season is almost here! Golf is a lifelong sport that can be played at any age. Anybody in grades 9-12, boys or girls, can join- no experience necessary. Practice will start in April. The season runs until the first week in June. Calumet golf course is going to be our home course. There is no cost to participate. All we need to pay for is the shirt or jacket, which will cost no more than $30. We are doing fundraising golf cards to help offset the cost. All golfers should have their own set of golf clubs and golf balls.  

Additional Information:

Each meet, five golfers get to participate. The top three to four golfers will attend every meet. The goal is to try to get everyone to at least one meet as long as they can shoot a respectable score, but there is no guarantee. Qualifying scores will be used to see who will attend each meet. Everyone gets to practice and learn the game and have fun in the process!
